Cabinet Installation
Ev is my cabinet installer, after the bottom cabinet doors and drawer fronts were measured incorrectly he remeasured all of them ( which wasn’t his job and most likely not compensated for doing). He got the corrected measurements to Madison and they were reordered again. I was told she put a rush order and should get in the next week, it did take 2 weeks. Then get a call from Annie didn’t know if I’d been contacted but order was there. So Ev once again here kept me informed of arrival time. He is very professional, definitely very talented, great customer service and has the customer best interest at bay and wants them pleased. He did another fine job at installing but when got to last door again another problem. He goes thru his service order and finds out the problem talks to someone at Bordner. When order placed a 5 in door instead of 15 in was ordered. So it is reordered once again. I must say Ev is the reason I can give a high rating, excellent craftsman, perfection in his work and so knowledgeable in all aspects of this job. He should be compensated for his ability to solve problems, keeping the customer pleased when issues arise. Maybe he should be measuring, ordering and installing as the job would be done more timely. My 3-5 day job will be 3-4 weeks. That said Ev is a valued employee of your company and needs recognition for a job well done! Look forward to him finishing my cabinets.
