Master Bathroom Remodel
Our redesigned bathroom configuration with walk-in shower is aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The installers, Michael and Doug, did an amazing and professional job as did the other craftsmen who installed a new window and updated the vanity. It was well worth the wait.
Window and Storm Door Installation
Bordner was conducting door to door sales in my neighborhood one day in the spring, so I took a chance on setting up an appointment even though the last company I attempted to do this with was a no show. In the end, I was glad that the previous company did not show up because I highly enjoyed my experience with the Bordner team in my window and storm door installation. During the design phase, I appreciated the time Blake spent with me concentrating on the storm door. He displayed options based on my preferences and gave suggestions on what would look nice with the house. Since I am not the best at imagining how the end result would look, he took a picture of the house and overlaid the door to give me more confidence in my decision. The whole interaction was easygoing with no sales pressure tactics. The team gave fairly accurate timelines for each stage and when half my order slipped on the timeline, they ended up splitting the installation job along with resetting my expectation for the next installment timeframe. The storm door got installed first and Thomas took steps to make sure everything was correct before removal and replacement. Upon completion, he tested the door to make sure its features worked appropriately and presented how to work the windows and explained the door features. Working from home while construction is occurring can be inconvenient for work conversations and concentration during noisy times. When Mitch showed up for the window installation, he made sure to prepare me when it was going to get loud so I could take my dogs and work calls outside. Initially, having half the order delayed was frustrating and disappointing, but it ended up being convenient. On Halloween, the dogs decided to test the door when some trick-or-treaters were coming up the walk. Needless to say, all parties had a different type of scare that evening, even the dogs were taken back, and since the door was so heavy, nobody was injured. When Mitch showed up the next day, I was going to ask what the procedure was to get it looked at when the window installation completed, but he noticed the issue before I even brought it up. He ended up taking the time to fix the storm door when completing the window installation. Even though my examples came from the three team members with which I spent the most time, everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, displayed patience with my dogs, and communicated efficiently during each stage preparing me for what comes next in the process. The team takes pride in their customer interactions and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Even though hiccups occurred during the overall timeline of my project, it doesn't compare to the care I received from the Bordner crew. I would recommend this company to friends and family and I would hire them again.

Bathroom remodel
Tyler installed the new shower after removing the cast iron tub, He did a fantastic job and the bathroom is beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend the company and Tyler the installer. He made sure we were happy with the results. He was very punctual and thorough. Very friendly
Amazing new Bathroom
Mike Williams was our installer for our master bathroom remodel. He called the night before to confirm the arrival time and was prompt, professional and very easy to work with. Mike did the teardown of the existing shower and did a great job of cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. The new shower area looks amazing and will a joy to use. Mile solved all of our concerns and insured that every part of the install was perfect. Remolding a 50 plus year old house take a real talent on desire to do the job right. We look forward to Mike doing our second bath soon.
Excellent Installation
We had a tub-to-shower project completed in October and wanted to say how well it went. Our installation expert, Tyler, did top-notch work and it shows. His attention to detail was clearly evident and we hope we can use his services in the future.
Shower conversion
I've been contemplating replacing my tub shower with a walk in model. Approximately one year ago, I came across a booth at Park Meadows Mall. It was Bordner and I had a nice conversation with the lady working the booth. I made a mental note to arrange for an estimate, but waited several months. In that time period I recall seeing a Col Spgs Gazette article listing best places to work. Bordner was on the list. In April, 2022, I arranged for an estimate. The estimator was knowledgeable and patiently went over the many options until I was able to find something in my budget. During the week of 8-22-22, the installation took place. De'ante (hope I got the spelling right) was the installer and did a great job. I was always kept informed about the status of the job and he completed the work in the time frame promised. Neil (again hope the spelling is right) did a follow up visit on 10-20-22, made some adjustments and answered some questions. I am very happy with the new shower and it was a pleasure to work with the guys from Bordner. I have already recommended them to friends and family members.
