Cabinet Installation
Ev is my cabinet installer, after the bottom cabinet doors and drawer fronts were measured incorrectly he remeasured all of them ( which wasn’t his job and most likely not compensated for doing). He got the corrected measurements to Madison and they were reordered again. I was told she put a rush order and should get in the next week, it did take 2 weeks. Then get a call from Annie didn’t know if I’d been contacted but order was there. So Ev once again here kept me informed of arrival time. He is very professional, definitely very talented, great customer service and has the customer best interest at bay and wants them pleased. He did another fine job at installing but when got to last door again another problem. He goes thru his service order and finds out the problem talks to someone at Bordner. When order placed a 5 in door instead of 15 in was ordered. So it is reordered once again. I must say Ev is the reason I can give a high rating, excellent craftsman, perfection in his work and so knowledgeable in all aspects of this job. He should be compensated for his ability to solve problems, keeping the customer pleased when issues arise. Maybe he should be measuring, ordering and installing as the job would be done more timely. My 3-5 day job will be 3-4 weeks. That said Ev is a valued employee of your company and needs recognition for a job well done! Look forward to him finishing my cabinets.
Tub to Shower conversion
Mike Williams did a wonderful job. He is obviously an expert in his field. He is punctual, fast, diligent and congenial. We would recommend him for his skills and excellent communication during our whole project.
Bathroom remodel revieew
Bobby arrived on time, was very polite and friendly and took extra care in not tracking in snow and dirt. He answered all of my questions with a full explanation. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. The remodeling of the bathroom was performed efficiently and professionally. He did an excellent job and had it completed within two days.
Cabinet installation
Ev was my cabinet installer assigned to y project her in Pueblo. He was very professional, great customer service. He kept me informed of when he would arrive and cleaned up the are every day when he was done. He has impeccable workmanship, excellent craftsmanship, a perfectionist , integrity and very knowledgeable and skilled hardworking young man. He takes pride in how it looks and wants the customer to be perfectly satisfied. My cabinets were most likely built in place and he had to correct imperfections. They are looking amazing. Unfortunately the bottom cabinets doors and drawers were measured incorrectly and have to be reordered, he remeasured getting them to Madison. They have been reordered and hopefully will arrive timely and I’m told that Ev will be assigned to complete the job which makes my heart happy. A company need to value and reward a worker like Ev who takes pride in his work which speaks for Bordner.
New Kitchen Install
Ev did an excellent job installing our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable during the installation and kept us informed of any issues that had occurred. He was as good as you can get. We are very happy with the way our kitchen turned out. We would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.
Excellent workmanship
Bobby F. and Hakeem J. Did an excellent job on my shower remodel. They were super knowledgeable and very respectful. The job was completed on time dispite the snow and some parking complications. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Bordner.
Walk in shower
Bobby and Hakeem did a superb job in taking out the old tile and tub and installing the new walk in shower in. They worked through the structural issues that came up. Kept me informed of everything that was going on with the install. Both were very courteous and professional at all times. They answered all my questions and explained why and what they were doing. They were very courteous to my neighbors about moving the vehicle and cutting material outside as I live in a condo complex. Two very skillful professional young men.
Beautiful bathroom
Mike did an excellent job installing our new tub and shower. We had the original tub and no shower. Mike installed a new tub and shower combo that is so nice. Mike was meticulous with keeping us informed, doing all the necessary work in a very professional manner and with expertise, he kept our home protected, and cleaned everything up. Thank you!!
Beautiful bathroom
Mike did an excellent job installing our shower. It is a garden level bathroom and already had a walk-in shower but really needed this upgrade.
